About Naomi Cunningham
Naomi Cunningham was called to the Bar in 1994 and worked at a number of London Law Centres before joining the FRU as employment caseworker in 2000. While at FRU she appeared regularly for claimants in the employment tribunals and the EAT, and had responsibility for training and supervising the employment tribunal and EAT work of a large number of volunteers. She has written for the Industrial Law Journal (OUP) and Adviser (Citizens Advice), and is one of the contributing editors of Employment Court Practice (Sweet & Maxwell, 2007). She practises as a member of the employment team at Farrar's Building.Michael Reed was called to the Bar in 2003. He currently works as the employment caseworker at FRU. He is a director of the Discrimination Law Association.
