Sarah Challis was born in Buckinghamshire and educated at St Paul's Girls' School and Homerton College, Cambridge. Her working life has mostly been spent teaching English. She has lived in California and Scotland but now lives in Dorset. She is married with four sons. KILLING HELEN is her first novel.
