1890. Second Edition. 290 pages. No dust jacket. Grey cloth with gilt lettering and decoration. Gold top edge trim. Bright pages with light tanning to endpapers and foxed page edges. Cracked guttering with exposed netting. Binding remains firm. Occasional finger marking throughout, with grey rubbing and a few small nicks to text block edges. Light tanning along spine and board edges. Noticeably forward leaning. Mild rub wear to surfaces and edges with crushing to spine ends and bumps to frayed corners.
